At Framz, we believe in transparency and data minimization. We only collect what's necessary to provide excellent consulting services, and we never sell your data.

Contact Information

When you inquire about our services or engage us:

  • • Company name and job title
  • • Project requirements and business needs

Business Information

During consulting engagements:

  • • Technical infrastructure details (cloud accounts, server configurations)
  • • Business data for analysis (usage metrics, cost data, performance logs)
  • • User requirements and specifications
  • • Access credentials (securely managed and deleted post-project)

Free Tool Access

When you unlock a free Framz tool:

  • • Your name, work email address, and company name
  • • Email verification status and verification timestamps
  • • Tools used, request counts, and most recent usage times
  • • IP address, browser information, and requested lead magnets

Verification codes expire after 10 minutes and are stored only as cryptographic hashes. We do not store the text, code, prompts, or configuration you enter into browser-only tools unless a tool clearly states otherwise.

Website Usage Data

  • • IP address and geolocation (country-level only)
  • • Browser type and device information
  • • Pages visited and time spent
  • • Referral source

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide Services: Deliver consulting services, manage projects, communicate about your engagement
  • Improve Services: Analyze project outcomes to improve our methodologies
  • Provide Free Tools: Verify access, prevent abuse, deliver requested resources, and associate tool usage with one verified profile
  • Communication: Send project updates, service announcements, and relevant content (opt-out available)
  • Tool Emails: Send verification codes and resources you explicitly request. Unlocking a tool does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list
  • Legal Compliance: Meet contractual and legal obligations

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We Do NOT Sell Your Data

Framz does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business information to third parties. Period.

Service Providers

We share data with trusted partners:

  • Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (hosting, storage)
  • Email: AWS Simple Email Service for transactional verification and requested resources
  • Analytics: Google Analytics (anonymized)

All partners are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

Client Projects

With written permission, we may use your project as a case study (with sensitive details anonymized).

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law to:

  • • Comply with legal process
  • • Protect our rights and property
  • • Prevent fraud or illegal activity

4. Data Security

We implement industry-leading security measures:

  • Encryption: TLS 1.3 for data in transit, AES-256 for data at rest
  • Access Control: Role-based access, multi-factor authentication
  • Confidentiality: All team members sign NDAs
  • Secure Development: Code reviews, security testing, vulnerability scanning
  • Compliance: GDPR and CCPA compliant

5. Data Retention

  • Contact Information: Retained while you're a client, deleted 90 days after engagement ends
  • Free Tool Profiles and Usage: Retained while needed to provide access, understand tool demand, prevent abuse, and respond to privacy requests
  • Verification Codes: Automatically expire after 10 minutes
  • Tool Access Sessions: Automatically expire after 90 days
  • Project Data: Deleted within 30 days of project completion
  • Credentials: Deleted immediately upon project completion
  • Financial Records: Retained for 7 years for tax compliance
